Budd is a level 73 human found in Grizzly Hills. [16.3, 48.1]
Previously located outside Zul'Aman, he seems to have lost his sanity due to a traumatic troll encounter and now believes he is a troll complete with a troll mask. He is now used as troll bait and an aid in capturing live ice trolls in the quest Filling the Cages. He is actually thinking he is playing "Troll Tag" which basically mean knocking someone out by hitting their head whith a frying pan.
