Budding Artists can be found at Schnottz's Hostel^{[21.9, 64.5]}

in Uldum. Blood elven and human, they are part of the group of "illustrious figures" that Commander Schnottz brought into the region as his guests. The Artists are the only ones out of the group to function as quest objectives for two separate quests.
