Burko is a level 60 master first aid trainer and vendor for the Alliance located at Temple of Telhamat in the contested territory of Hellfire Peninsula. In addition to the training tome, he sells manuals for Netherweave Bandages and Heavy Netherweave Bandages.
From the entrance of the temple, go forward up two flights of stairs, then take the path that goes west/left. Burko will be standing inside a small building.
