Buzzbox 323

Buzzbox 323 is a fixed device involved in the quest 
[14] Buzzbox 323, which subsequently starts the quest [16] Buzzbox 525.
This large, strange, console-looking device is found[51, 24] between the two bridges that cross the Cliffspring River on the north side of the road west of the Tower of Althalaxx.
