The Cache of the Ley-Guardian can be found in the Cache of Eregos after defeating Eregos in the Oculus on Heroic mode if and only if the player was selected to complete the dungeon randomly.

It contains 2 Emblems of Triumph, a few rare gems and a remote chance at the Reins of the Blue Drake, which previously only dropped from 10-player Malygos.

Previously, this item was named [Blue Sack of Gems], which caused confusion with the [Green Sack of Gems], which drops from various world dragon raid bosses.

Notes

• Possibly a bug, if the contents are not removed while inside the instance, they will randomize again when you leave. With Patch 4.0.1 this is no longer possible as you obtain Justice Points upon opening, thus counting contents as removed.
• Possibly to prevent looting if not part of the random, if the group disbands before you open the Cache of Eregos, this item won't be there when you open the Cache of Eregos. (However, if you are legitimately entitled to the Cache of the Ley-Guardian, petitioning a GM will resolve this issue.)
