The Caer Darrow Horseman can be found roaming Caer Darrow. Caer Darrow Guardsmen can be found around the city of Caer Darrow. They are normally invisible, and can only be seen once the player has equipped the [Spectral Essence] item from the quest  [60] Kirtonos the Herald.
