Lord Tarnaas Greymane (Also known as Blighthallow) is an Worgen Death Knight, and a member of Royal Family of Gilneas, but not the heir to the Gilnean Throne. He is brother of Prince Liam Greymane and Princess Tess Greymane. He was turned into a Worgen by Archmage Arugal, and when he escaped, he stumbled upon The Lich King, and he was slain. Later he was ressurected to serve him.
