The Canal Frenzy can be found in Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj.
Tactics

These frenzies are in the canal in the Resevoir, Moam's area. They attack in groups of 5. Keep out of the water and you'll never have to worry about them. Watch out that you don't get flung into the canal when fighting a Flesh Hunter.
Unlike other mobs in the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj these do not provide reputation with the Cenarion Circle.
