Captain Darill is a level 37 high elf quest giver located at North Point Tower in the contested territory of Dustwallow Marsh. He appears to be the commander of the forces at stationed at North Point Tower, and is involved in The Shady Rest Inn quest chain. He also seems to know Tabetha. Like Sergeant Lukas, he is not flagged for PvP and Horde players can kill him without fear of triggering their flags (on PvE servers of course).
