Captain Edward Hanes is a level 21 quest giver located at Wyrmscar Island in the draenei territory of Bloodmyst Isle.
He starts the following quests:

[18] The Bloodcursed Naga
- [18] The Hopeless Ones...
- [19] Ending the Bloodcurse
Making these quests easier, he also bestows a buff named The Captain's Kiss, which grants increased swim speed and water breathing for 20 minutes.
Notes
Captain Edward Hanes can also be found at the bar in Southshore through the Old Hillsbrad dungeon in Caverns of Time.

Conflict?
In the quests, Captain Edward Hanes said he died 20 years ago. Yet, he is found in Old Hillsbrad which takes place around 10 years ago.
