Captain Kelisendra is a level 11 quest giver located in the fortified camp east of Sunsail Anchorage in the blood elf starting zone of Eversong Woods. Murlocs of Grimscale tribe has stolen her cargo and rutters. Her crew abandoned her so she came to the small guarded outpost near Sunsail Anchorage to seek help.
