Captain Pentigast is a level 42 quest giver located in Nijel's Point in the contested territory of Desolace.

He starts the following quests:

•  [35] Strange Alliance (Friendly)
•  [35] Brutal Politics (Friendly)

Note that although it is possible to do both quests by first aligning yourself with one faction, then betraying it for the other, most people pick one and stay with it, ignoring the other quest.
