Captain Saynna Stormrunner^{[56, 18]}

is a night elf quest giver associated with the Guardians of Hyjal within the Hyjal Barrow Dens in Mount Hyjal. She guards a delirious Fandral Staghelm.

After the escape of Fandral, Saynna assists Malfurion Stormrage in opening a portal to the Firelands atop Nordune Ridge. She also helps fights off Ragnaros's minions at the Sanctuary of Malorne while Malfurion summons the spirit of Malorne to help save the sanctuary. Once secure, Saynna remains at the Sanctuary until her Shadow Wardens are recruited to join the effort in the Molten Front.
