Captive Worgen can be found imprisoned in stocks within the town of Duskhaven^{[37.2, 65.1]}

in Gilneas. Players are initially held with them, so it may be presumed that these remaining captives are either those worgen that have yet to take the cure, or those that the cure has not worked upon.
