Captured Arko'narin is a level 48 quest giver located in a cage in Shadow Hold in the contested territory of Felwood. If you talk to her after finishing  [55] Rescue From Jaedenar, you will be told " As you inspect the cage and the Night elf inside, you get an odd sense of deja vu. For some reason she does not make eye contact with you--it is almost as if you are not there to her." This is a reference to the fact that escort quest givers will re-appear after you save them, given that quest phasing was not implemented until the Wrath of the Lich King expansion.
