Captured Gnome is a level 2-7 engineering vendor located at Zabra'jin in the contested territory of Zangarmarsh. Strangely Alliance can attack him making it likely that he is not a Alliance gnome.

As of patch 2.4 he has several level ranges. [1]

This vendor offers a repair service.
