A typical sequence of activity to handle your healing magic during a battle would be:

1. Set up hotkeys
   • Assign a hotkey to buff-o-matic (let's call it BOM)
   • Assign a hotkey to cancel spell (let's call it CS)
   • Assign a hotkey to do-the-right-thing (let's call it DRT)
2. Set up buff watching
   • Cast your buffs on yourself and party members.
   • Control-click your buffs to watch them for expiration. (a + will appear on the icon, and the border will turn green)

     • Note: Control-click on them again to "un-watch" them.

3. During the fight
   • During a fight, click on the CastParty status bars with control key combinations to do your healing magic
   • Simply apply heal when times are light, As needed:
     • Apply instant heal (heals over time.. we realize that it actually heals slower, it is an instant-cast spell)
     • Apply emergency heal (low cast time, high mana requirement)
     • Apply efficient heal (high cast time, low mana requirement)
     • or just spam DRT if you want to be a mindless healing robot, hoping it works
     • When you notice buffs missing, cast BOM. If you did not ctrl-click the buff earlier, CastParty cannot find the buff. CastParty will also show the buff red when it runs out.
     • When you're in the middle of a heal, spam CS to cancel the heal when the conditions are right so you don't waste mana
