Tips
The reduction in mana cost only applies to Destruction spells, making the top rank 5% reduction sort of like a "buy 20 Destruction spells get one free" sale. The main reason this talent is not helpful is that if you were concerned with mana efficiency, you'd be using Affliction spells, not Destruction. However, Destruction spec'd Warlocks burn through mana very fast so the top rank of this talent can make a significant difference.
