Catelyn the Blade <Blackwater Raiders> is a level 50 quest giver located in the Salty Sailor Tavern in Booty Bay, in the contested territory of Stranglethorn Vale. She was previously in a relationship with "Pretty Boy" Duncan but after discovering he was with the Bloodsail she ended the relationship. He steals her knife as revenge and she offers a quest to get it back.

She is the daughter of Archmage Ansirem Runeweaver, former ruler of Dalaran. She was tired of a "boring life, reading over musty books and associating with grey-haired, stiff-backed, stuffy mages" and decided to join the Blackwater Raiders as a pirate.

She starts the following quests:
