Commanding Shout is a warrior ability that increases maximum stamina of all nearby party members and generates Rage. It cost 11

to learn at level 68.
It does not stack with your own 
[Battle Shout], however if there is another warrior in your party doing Battle Shout the different shouts will stack.
Talent enhancement
- [Booming Voice] reduces the cooldown by 15/30 sec and increase Rage generation by 5/10.
Usage and Tips
This is the highest health bonus buff cast by a player, but due to its short range, duration and rage necessity, it is often overlooked. This, when combined with the various Fortitude spells and 
[Gift of the Wild]/
[Blessing of Kings] can boost a player's maximum health considerably. In raid instances, this is ideal for the main tank to withstand a Boss's melee damage.
Commanding Shout no longer stacks with 
[Blood Pact]. The more powerful of the 2 will be applied.
Patch changes
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Now increases total stamina instead of health. Generates 20 Rage instead of costing 10 Rage. - Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Radius increased to 30 yards.
