Challenger Soong^{[86.3, 61.4]} is a pandaren quest giver and armor vendor found within the lower floor of the Summer Terrace at the Shrine of Seven Stars^{[86, 63]} in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

He sells armor rewards linked to the Challenge Mode dungeons. In addition, he also offers the below mounts (for trade via  [Ancestral Phoenix Egg]) to those that have completed the silver level of the challenge mode dungeons. Players need gold ranking in order to purchase armor.
