This item is needed for the quest  [85 Raid] Delegation, given by Kalecgos at the inn at Nordrassil in Mount Hyjal. It is created when using the  [Dull Rhyolite Focus] in conjunction with Lord Rhyolith's Concussive Stomp; it is one of four foci needed to access Volcanus to retrieve the  [Branch of Nordrassil].
