This achievement is a Feat of Strength gained by completing the Paladin quest chain to obtain a Charger (the Charger ability for Alliance paladins, or the Summon Charger ability for Horde).

Note that a paladin can now gain the (Summon) Charger ability by training at level 40. This will not grant the achievement; the achievement is for completing the quest chain.

The quest got removed in Patch 4.0.1 with the revamp of all Azeroth quests and is therefore no longer available.
