Charys Yserian is a level 50 reagent vendor located in the Mage Quarter in the human capital city of Stormwind City. Her vendor list includes potions and green items now and then, but her list of reagents is limited to Burning Crusade and previous in terms of things like reagents for the druid spells Rebirth and Gift of the Wild. Strangely, she does have Corpse Dust for death knights.

No definitive source has indicated that Charys Yserian is a green dragon. However, the name "Yserian" seems to be an obvious reference to Ysera, and that Charys is garbed in green robes have led many fans to believe she has, at the very least, some connection to the green dragons. Nevertheless, this remains an educated guess. Could possibly be a dragonsworn.
Suzanne, Lisan Pierce, and Janey Anship also mention the "Y'serian theory".
