No definitive source has indicated that Charys Yserian is a green dragon. However, the name "Yserian" seems to be an obvious reference to Ysera, and that Charys is garbed in green robes have led many fans to believe she has, at the very least, some connection to the green dragons. Nevertheless, this remains an educated guess.
