Chastise Instant cast 20 yd range 300 Mana Chastise the target, causing X to Y Holy damage and Immobilizing them for up to 2 sec. Only works against Humanoids. This spell causes very low threat.

Chastise is a priest racial spell, available to draenei and dwarves as of Patch 2.3. It causes Holy damage and roots its target for 2 seconds.

Notes

This spell was added in Patch 2.3 to replace Fear Ward as the Dwarf/Draenei racial priest spell. Like many of the other Alliance racial priest abilities, Chastise is a Holy spell, rendering it unusable by priests in Shadowform.

Some players report that the damage caused by Chastise appears to scale with spell damage. Also, players report that Chastise does not share the 1.5-second global cooldown; this characteristic makes it ideal for use in multiple-action macros since it is now instant cast (Patch 2.4).
