Chief Bombgineer Sploder^{[46, 61]}

is the driving force behind the goblin-created bomb found at the Skunkworks. The Alliance can only hope by killing him they will succeed in scuttling the Horde's bombing plans.

He can be found on the top level of the structure, overlooking his minions.
