Chief Engineer Lorthander is a level 69 rare mob blood elf. He can Spawn to any Manaforge in Netherstorm except Manaforge Ultris. He's on 8 hours respawn timer. He wields a weapon unique to him; namely a keyblade.

He is part of the Medium Rare achivement.
