Chief Miranda^{[65.8, 17.1]}

is one of four officers that assumed leadership of Kurzen's troops after executing him. Miranda is in charge of the "Shadow Ops", which likely consist of the Kurzen Shadow Hunters. She is also in charge of the blue stone cache that the [Whispering Blue Stone] is part of.

She is typically the third officer encountered within the Stockpile of Northern Stranglethorn. Following the most direct path through the tunnels will lead to her, and she stands with the supplies about midway through the entire complex on the right-hand side.
