Chilled is the buff you receive from drinking 
[Lord of Frost's Private Label], stunning you and encasing you in a block of ice for 30 seconds. Although the visual affect looks the same as the mage skill Iceblock, it does not protect from damage, fall damage, or remove debuffs.
