Context
Chronormu is a member of the Bronze Dragon flight and quest giver in the Andorhal inn, and Wyrmrest Temple. Chromie sends players to the Bronze Dragonshrine to find out who is behind the Infinite Dragonflight to that end she has you fight first with your future Self then your past self to relieve the Infinite Dragonflights leader. In Andorhall she has player hunt down Temporal Parasites plaguing the area.
Trivia
The coin's flavor text may be a reference to the popular WoW machinima "Time Gnomes".
Also, Chromie is the gnomish guise of the bronze dragon Chronormu, who seeks to maintain and restore various timelines of importance in Azeroth's recent history.
