Chromie is the gnomish guise of the bronze dragon Chronormu. She greets players when they zone in to the Culling of Stratholme. She explains the infinite dragonflight are trying to hide the evidence Arthas used to decide to purge Stratholme, mainly casting illusions on the plagued grain. She gives players Arcane Disruptors that allow players to identify the plague grain crates.
Once you reveal all the plagued grain, she spawns next to the player who revealed the last plagued grain. She feels the infinite dragonflight is still nearby, but can't figure out what they are up to. She asks you to protect Arthas and make sure he reaches Mal'ganis.
