Circle of Wills the main section of the Underbelly in Dalaran. It houses the arena organizer as well as a few dueling circles.

Notes

• Dueling here seems to be bugged at the moment. Duels can't be won, and the players health will appear at 1 hp even though you might be at full health (until you relog).

• Circle of Wills may be a reference to the Circle of Willis, a network of arteries that provide blood to the brain.

• There is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reference near one of the sewer pipes in the form of a Level 80 Dalaran Sewer Rat and four Level 1 Dalaran Sewer Turtles.
