Clam

A clam is a creature, which acts like a container item that can usually be fished from the sea and are often dropped by coastal mobs. They usually contain clam meat which can be used for Cooking and rarely a Pearl which can be used in several profession recipes. Giant clams can be found on the sea floor and opened for their items.

• Drops off level 30 - 32 Enraged Reef Crawlers along the northwestern coast of Desolace, but may rarely drop off other coastal mobs.
• Found inside Giant Softshell Clams also off the northwestern coast of Desolace.

• Drops off level 40 - 60 coastal creatures. Excellent farming grounds are The Overlook Cliffs, or near the Goblin port of Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale
