Cleanse Spirit is a talented shaman ability that attempts to remove one poison, one disease, and one curse effect from the target. You must spend 5 points in Purification and 31 points in Restoration to get this spell.

Notes
The main purpose of this ability is to allow removal of curses. The shaman spells Cure Poison and Cure Disease already provide the shaman with a way to deal with poisons and diseases.
By combining the above spells, Cleanse Spirit effectively saves you one interface button and one keybinding, as there is no reason to ever use Cure Disease or Cure Poison if you can cast Cleanse Spirit.
Talent improvement
Mental Quickness reduces the mana cost by 6%, although the talent investment required for reaching both talents requires a character to be level 79, which will not be possible until the Wrath of the Lich King expansion is released. Realistically, no one will ever have both talents, but Mental Quickness is listed here for the sake of completeness.
