This is the spirit of Clintar Dreamwalker, who can be found in the southernmost of the Stormrage Barrow Dens in Moonglade. ^{[72.5, 63.1]}

During the quest  [70] No Mere Dream, he separates a portion of his spirit from his body to gather the three Relics of Aviana. The character assists by defending the (quite frail) spirit from several attacking forces allied to Anzu.
