The Clockwerk Run is located within Gnomeregan, and lies just beyond the Train Depot. It is crawling with irradiated troggs, and has partially collapsed onto itself.

This is where the Gnomeregan instance portal is located, and it is here one must go to to complete Kernobee's quest,  [35] A Fine Mess. The Clockwerk Run leads to the upper section of the Hall of Gears.
