Cloth

Cloth can mean a couple of things in World of Warcraft:

1. A type of ingredient item usually looted from humanoid mobs, but sometimes gathered with the Skinning profession from a skinnable sheep corpse resource. These items can usually be used mostly by the Tailoring profession after being processed into bolts.
2. A type of armor used by most fragile Class characters. The lowest armor for defense, even below Leather Armor.

Cloth as an ingredient

Cloth is the main component used for First Aid and Tailoring.

Generally, any humanoid enemy in a certain level range has a chance to drop a certain type of cloth. The exceptions are  [Felcloth], which drops from demons,  [Mooncloth] which is purified from Felcloth, and  [Bolt of Soulcloth],  [Primal Mooncloth],  [Shadowcloth], and  [Spellcloth] which are all crafted.

• [Sample of Primal Mooncloth] - Quest item.
• [Shadoweave Cloth] - An ingredient not yet in-game, but listed in a recipe.
• [Spellfire Cloth] - An ingredient not yet in-game, but listed in a recipe.
• [Square of Imbued Netherweave] - Quest item.
• [Wartorn Cloth Scrap] - Quest item.
