Cloud Serpent

The Cloud Serpent is level 25-26 cloud serpent native to Thousand Needles.

This beast has caster stats, meaning it has higher than normal intellect and spirit when tamed, but lower than normal health, attack power, and armor. Although this discrepancy is workable at lower levels, it tends to become problematic later on. Hayoc and Arash-ethis have the same skin, but lack this side effect.
