Overview
The Cobalt Skeleton Key can be used by Blacksmiths to open locked doors or chests requiring up to 375 Lockpicking skill.
As a practical measure, this includes all Azeroth chests, as well as Outland chests. It also includes the locked doors in all instances in Azeroth and in Outland.
