This item drops from end bosses in World of Warcraft: Cataclysm instances on heroic mode.

Unlike World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King orbs, this item is Bind on Pickup and therefore should not be rolled on by anyone who does not have the Blacksmithing, Leatherworking, Tailoring, or Engineering professions.

While the entrance to the reservoir is underwater, the instances themselves are only partially submerged, similar to the [[Blackfathom Deeps]].
