Coincounter Cammi is a gnome that can be found within the Celestial Vault^{[47.9, 74.8]}

within the top floor of the Shrine of Seven Stars^{[86, 63]}

in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

She provides directions as if she were a city guard, to various things such as the bank, flight master, flying trainer, etc. She will also give directions to things not even within the Shrine itself, such as quartermasters.

Oddly enough, she will lose count while counting the coins at 41,814 and have to start over.
