Colonel Kavdan was a member of the royal court of Alterac and commanded its fleet during the time of the Second War. Kavdan was shocked when Lord Aiden Perenolde informed the gathering that the Horde was approaching, but shock turned to horror. Aiden had made a pact with the Horde and although there was protest from the likes of General Hath, it was Aiden who had the last word. Kavdan, Hath and the nobles of Alterac were forced to comply.
