Commander Felstrom is a level 32 rare mob skeleton found in the Dawning Woods Catacombs in Duskwood. He is on a 5-8 hour respawn timer.

- Felstrom Resurrection (Kills the caster to summon a copy of itself.)

Tactics
At low health (10% or so) Felstrom will cast a 3-seconds cast spell that will suicide him (you'll get no loot nor XP) and summon a replica of him with full health, also able to do the same spell. Basically that means you can fight Felstrom for an indefinite amount of time until you manage to kill him before the spell is cast and it might be very hard, especially given that he's immune to most counterspells.
