Commander Gor'shak <Kargath Expeditionary Force> is a level 54 elite orc imprisoned in the Blackrock Depths. Usually behind a locked door on the outside rim of the jail area - should be the second door down on the left if you are in the northernmost of the 2 passages that lead around the jail area.

Gor'shak claims to have allowed himself to be captured by the Dark Iron Dwarves in order to gather intelligence.
