Commander Schnottz is a goblin quest giver who has brought a large party of looters and pillagers with him to Uldum. He can be found primarily at Schnottz's Landing^{[24.5, 64.6]}

in the southwest. According to Belloc Brightblade, the "furrier", as Schnottz is also known by, used to be quite a skilled skinner and leatherworker.

Schnottz's overconfidence in his plans to thwart Harrison Jones end up being his undoing. While attempting to destroy the Coffer of Promise, the magic contained in the artifact kills him and his dragon allies at the Temple of Uldum.
