Not to be confused with the spell, Conflagration.

Conflagrations are a type of fire elemental found within the Twilight Forge^{[46.6, 64.8]}

of Blackrock Caverns. Two of them can be found circling the pillar of fire in the center of the room, their burning heat causing the pools of quicksilver in the room to become molten.
