Purifying Power reduces the mana cost of Cleanse and Consecration spells.

- Consecration deals 95.24% of bonus spell damage, distributed evenly among 8 seconds.
- The damage done can be increased by up to 5 % with the protection talent "One-Handed Weapon Specialization".

- Consecration used to be a talent in Holy tree. It has since become a baseline skill. Aura Mastery has taken its place in the talent tree.
- Spell hit does not affect this spell in any way. It's commonly believed spell hit does for the first tick and in theory it should. However tests and reading the combat log closely have shown Consecration still does 8 ticks of damage even if the first tick is resisted. This may be a bug and may change in the future.
