Consume Shadows Channeled Self range 595 Mana The Voidwalker consumes nearby shadows to bolster its form, recovering X health over 10 sec. Cannot be used while in combat. **In addition, increases the Voidwalker's attack power by 200 for 10 min. **This effect is only on the 7th rank of the spell.

Consume Shadows is a heal over time spell that the Voidwalker casts on itself.

Notes

This is one of the four Warlock's pet Voidwalker's spells. It is a channeled self-heal that can't be used during combat.

Talents

Improved Voidwalker is often considered one of the most essential demonology talents, prior to level 50 (or whenever you get your Felguard). The talent increases the health regenerated by 10% to 30%.

Tips and tactics

Considering how quickly pets regenerate health anyway, it's not often useful, although being Soul Linked to a Passive Voidwalker that is Consuming Shadows is one amazing scenario. However, if your Voidwalker has taken a particularly rough beating after a battle (which will be the case more often than not), this ability can help reduce downtime tremendously.

Past changes

The attack buff on the last rank does not appear to be in game, yet. It looks as if it will be an undocumented change in patch 2.2.0 .
