Gives you a X% chance to avoid interruption caused by damage while casting Entangling Roots and Cyclone.
Entangling Roots allows druids to Crowd Control any class by immobilizing them in place. Cyclone allows a druid to "Banish" any character. Control of Nature makes both spells easier to cast while under direct attack.
