Gives you a x% chance to avoid interruption caused by damage while casting Entangling Roots and Cyclone
Functionality
[Entangling Roots] allows druids to Crowd Control any class by rooting them in place. It's functionality makes it particularly deadly versus melee characters. 
[Cyclone] allows a druid to "Banish" any character. With this talent both are more easily cast while under attack.
